This video provides a step by step overview showing you how to set-up and launch a Career Blueprint.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

  1. Purchase Career Blueprint Credits
  2. Create the Career Blueprint
    • Select your organization from the dropdown menu. If an organization is not selected, the Talenttelligent logo will appear for learners in learner communications.
    • Add a name and an optional description to the Career Blueprint.
    • Include who this Career Blueprint was generated for. This is optional.
    • Choose the Set-Up for the Career Blueprint.
      • Note: If you have a saved Virtual Sort, you can use it for the Career Blueprint.
    • Choose the Sorter Instruction for the Career Blueprint.
    • Click the Save button to save your selections.
  3. Upload the learners individually or as a bulk CSV file.
  4. Invite the learners to the Career Blueprint.

This video shows how to navigate the Career Blueprint Development Dashboard, your personalized learning environment.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to:

  1. View content for your personal development that directly relates to the Roles and Practices most important to your organization.
  2. Interact with the Career Architect powered by AI: Authentic Intelligence in the Development Dashboard. You can interact with the Career Architect by selecting from pre-populated prompts or by typing in the open field of the chat tool.
  3. Use the Deep Dive Development Plan button to access the templates found on the Deep Dive Development Plans page.
  4. Customize your experience by uploading a headshot or photo of your choice for inclusion in your chat experience.
